    • 1. How to get the samples?

      We will ship the amples to you by DHL, UPS, OR EMS after you confirmed what you need.
      Door to door service! You will get your lights at your home.

    • 2. Are samples available for test?

      Yes, samples are available, you know samples speak louder then what we say!
      No risk for you to take big order without knowing the clear idea of what's our products.
      The low defect rate and good qulity control process to support our best after-sale service.

    • 3. What is your minimum order quantity?

      We offer sample order for quality testing, there is no MOQ limit for sample order.

    • 4. I would like to sample your lights before I would put in a large order, is that possible?

      Yes, it is better that buy some samples before place bulk order.

    • 5. Would you prefer I send you a led layout of where on the panels I would like the particular bulbs?

      If you have special requirements about the led layout on the panel, it is better that send us a picture about the led layout on the lamp.

    • 6. How do you handle payment for the sample order?

      We prefer Western Union payment method for sample order which is fast payment and help save bank charge, when order is big, we prefer T/T(bank wire transfer). We don't accept Credit Card/Paypal currently.

    • 7. I just placed my order, how long does it take for my light(s) to ship?

      Lights usually ship within 5 business days of placing an order. Once they are shipped, it generally takes an additional 2-3 business days to arrive. Most customers receive their lights within 10 days, however shipping times can take 2-3 weeks depending on stock and your location.

    • 8. I received my tracking number, but it is not working, what should I do?

      The number we supply is a reference number, which is standard for international packages. For up-to-date information on your package location, you'll need to go here: UPS Reference # Tracking. Please understand that it can take up to 24 hours from the time your package is shipped, prior to any records being available online.
